- Experience – Established in 1980, Jersey Precast brings over 40 years of expertise in delivering top-tier precast and pre-stressed concrete solutions to the Tri-state area and its environs.
- Location – Situated in Hamilton, NJ, our expansive facility covers 230,000 square feet of manufacturing space, complete with robust overhead cranes capable of handling loads up to 100 tons. Routine management of precast units weighing up to 50 tons showcases our proficiency.
- Manufacturing – Our indoor manufacturing hub operates year-round, unimpeded by weather constraints, a critical advantage for time-sensitive, large-scale projects.
- Design & Detailing – Supported by a formidable engineering division comprising skilled professionals and AUTOCAD experts, our in-house operations enable swift, designer-focused support, and prompt resolution of design challenges.
- Quality Control – Production adheres rigorously to our Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) approved Quality Control (QC) manual and plan, overseen by our vigilant QC department.
- Safety – It focuses on our goal of zero worker incidents and injuries by developing-implementing-maintaining procedures for identifying and mitigating unsafe working conditions.
- Trucking – Jersey Precast owns and operates a fleet of 15 trucks and over 150 trailers.
